A proud North Texas native, Dr. Stephanie Vera graduated from Plano West Senior High before attending the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Biological Sciences.
After graduation, she returned home to Dallas and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Vera is a talented dentist who loves to bring knowledge and joy to her patients by creating beautiful smiles and calming patient fears.

Dr. Stephanie Vera and her husband strive to set a good example to their three sons — Colin, Daniel, & Ryan — and show the importance of community through volunteering, donating, and providing for those in need.
You can often find Dr. Vera and her family at the library, a local playground, or Founder’s Park cheering on her oldest during soccer and baseball games.
We are proud to serve the residents of Sachse, Wylie, Lavon, Murphy, Richardson, Garland and beyond.

Dr. Oliver Villaruel, DDS &
Dr. Christine Foley, DDS, MS
Dr. Oliver Villaruel has been practicing dentistry for nearly 20 years. After graduating from North Mesquite High School, Dr. Villaruel graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and received his dental degree from the esteemed University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Villaruel is currently working on his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, and he is certified in both Invisalign and ClearCorrect.
Dr. Christine Foley is proud to be a former hygienist and has served in the dental field for over 25 years. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Texas Woman’s University followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Foley went on to achieve a Master of Science in Oral Biology and a specialty certificate in Periodontics. Dr. Foley is a highly regarded Periodontist and member of the American Board of Periodontology, Southwest Society of Periodontists, and American Academy of Periodontology.
Dr. Villaruel and Dr. Foley are proud parents to two energetic and talented boys, Noah and Nathan. They love spending time outside and are active in their local church and community
While providing great dentistry is one way to make our community smile, the teams at Lone Star Smiles and Woodcreek Family Dentistry believe that we can do so much more.
When we aren’t in the office, we like to spend our time supporting our local schools, the Wylie Animal Shelter, Texas Mission of Mercy, and the Give Kids a Smile program.
